Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Service Overview

Aivisual provides paid official subscription services for users of our AI visual creation application. This subscription service is an optional paid benefit service, independent of the basic free creation functions of the app.

All subscription services are independently operated and maintained by our official team, with no third-party service participation. Users can voluntarily purchase subscription packages according to their own creation needs to obtain exclusive member benefits and preferential service resources.

2. Core Subscription Benefits

The core benefit of purchasing the Aivisual subscription service is to obtain a large number of exclusive preferential gold coins in a one-time manner. After the user successfully completes the subscription payment, the system will automatically and fully issue the exclusive preferential gold coin package to the user's local account immediately.

The number of preferential gold coins for different subscription tiers is subject to the official real-time display of the product purchase page in the app.
These exclusive gold coins are dedicated consumption tokens for all AI visual creation functions of Aivisual.

3. Gold Coin Consumption Rules During Subscription Period

Users shall clearly understand and agree that the subscription service only provides users with one-time preferential gold coin benefits and exclusive member privileges.

During the valid period of the user's subscription, all AI generation services — including text-to-image creation, text-to-video production, and local image AI optimization — still need to consume corresponding gold coins normally in accordance with the official consumption rules.

The subscription identity does not unlock unlimited free creation permissions.
The exclusive preferential gold coins obtained from the subscription can offset the consumption required for AI creation services.
After the preferential gold coins are exhausted, users can obtain additional gold coins through official recharge or other official activities to continue using the creation functions.
All gold coin consumption rules are unified and effective for both subscribed users and ordinary users.

4. Subscription Validity and Usage Rules

Each subscription package has a fixed valid duration, which shall be subject to the product description displayed on the in-app purchase page. The subscription validity period starts immediately after the payment is successful and the benefits are issued.

The exclusive member identity and corresponding privilege qualifications are only valid during the current subscription cycle.
After the subscription expires, the user's member identity will automatically expire.
The unconsumed preferential gold coins obtained from the subscription can still be used normally until exhausted.

Users are not allowed to resell, transfer, gift, or trade subscription qualifications and preferential gold coin benefits obtained through official subscriptions in any non-official way. We reserve the right to terminate subscription benefits for abnormal usage behaviors that violate official rules.

5. Service Explanation

All subscription products and benefit rules are independently set by Aivisual. The subscription service only provides functional privilege and resource benefits for the app's built-in AI creation functions, and does not involve any physical goods delivery or other service content.
