1. Service Overview

Aivisual is a professional AI visual creation application that provides users with one-stop intelligent creation services, including:

Text-to-image generation
Text-to-video generation
Local image AI style optimization and reconstruction

This application adopts a no-account usage mode, which means users can access and use all core creation functions directly after installing the app — without registering accounts, logging in, binding personal information, or submitting any private data. All service functions are independently developed, deployed, and maintained by our team, aiming to provide users with simple, efficient, and safe AI visual creation tools.

2. Service Operation Rules

All AI generation functions of Aivisual are supported by our exclusive self-developed service system. The whole process of user request processing, AI algorithm calculation, and picture and video generation is completed through our independent server and technical framework.

This app does not rely on any third-party service platforms, third-party algorithms, or third-party server resources to run core functions. All service links are independently controlled and operated by our official team. There is no external third-party intervention in the service operation process, which ensures the stability, safety, and independence of user usage experience and data processing.

3. User Privacy and Biometric Protection Rules

We fully respect and protect the personal privacy and biometric security of all users. During all usage scenarios of Aivisual, we always adhere to the strict zero-collection standard for user facial and biometric information.

Aivisual will never collect, capture, record, store, analyze, identify, or process any user facial information, including facial feature data, facial contour features, facial skin information, facial biometric identifiers, and any other facial-related personal data in any form.

The app has no built-in facial recognition, facial detection, or facial feature collection programs.
It will not actively access the device camera to scan or collect user facial information.
When users upload local portrait images for AI creation and optimization, the app only performs overall pixel-level style adjustment, visual rendering, and picture reconstruction on the uploaded content.
It will not extract, identify, record, or store any independent facial feature data and biometric information from user-uploaded pictures.

All portrait and facial elements displayed in the AI-generated pictures and videos are completely virtual content simulated and synthesized by independent AI algorithms. These generated facial visual effects have no connection with users' real facial features, facial information, and personal biometric data. We do not associate user creation behaviors with any real facial information, and no facial data will be retained or utilized in any background process.

4. User Information Protection and Sharing Rules

Aivisual implements full-link protection for all user usage data and creation content.

We strictly promise that we will never share, sell, rent, transmit, or disclose any user's operation records, uploaded pictures, generated works, and implicit usage data to any third-party individuals, enterprises, institutions, or organizations for any reason or purpose.

The application does not embed any third-party data statistics, data collection, or data sharing plug-ins.
All user operation data is only used to respond to the user's real-time creation requests and complete the current AI service processing.
No user-related data will be actively uploaded, transmitted, or shared with external third parties.
All data processing behaviors are limited to our self-operated service system and the user's local device, ensuring 100% isolation of user private information from third-party channels.

5. User Usage Specifications

Users shall use the Aivisual app and its AI creation functions in a standardized and legal manner. Users are responsible for all content created through this app, and shall not:

Use the platform's AI generation functions to create illegal, obscene, violent, infringing, or other inappropriate content.
Attempt to crack, interfere with, or damage the app's independent service system and technical framework.
Use non-official channels to access the app's functions and data.

6. Content Usage Rights

All pictures and videos generated by users through the Aivisual app belong to the users' personal creation results. Users can freely save, use, and process their own created works.

Our independent AI service system only provides technical support for content generation, and does not occupy, transfer, or utilize users' personal creation works without authorization. The app only caches necessary data temporarily during the service processing process, and will not retain user creation data for a long time after the service is completed.
